Thought leadership is the new leadership.

A brand appears to be defined by morals as much as anything else.

We are defined by what we do, not what we say. Similarly, today’s brands stand on their actions.

It can take years to build a brand and 30 seconds to tear one down.

Smart businesses are reorienting around their customers’ experience. This is forcing organizational change.

Customers go where they want to go. Online or off. So the “agency” must redefine itself separate from the delivery method.

Back from a fun weekend away. Got to see the primal nature of man emerge during a pig roast.

Agencies that create IP create long term value.

We create content that delivers an audience.

Marketing and e-learning are indistinguishable from each other. Both are used to change people’s behavior.
